We have provided a comprehensive one-stop home automation solution. An easy-to-use smart home system is installed with innovative HA-Pad and iPad touch screen smart home management system. | Lighting | User can control lighting, dimmer (only applied to the garden unit and duplex units) at anytime in distance with the use of wireless network or self-purchase iPhone. |
| Curtain | Lux sensor is equipped in each unit to control the curtain to achieve constant temperature |
| Security Management | Through the smart home system connected to the lobby entrance, user can confirm the visitors’ identity via HA-Pad / iPad. |
| Wireless door contact & Panic button
When the anti-theft system or panic alarm is triggered, the warning signal will be distributed via email. |
