Our Team

Mr. Wong joined the Group in 2020 with over 25 years of experience in the ICT field.  He is the Director of HKC Technology (Shanghai) Co., Limited and is responsible for sales management and business development.  He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Hong Kong and MBA Degree from the University of South Australia.

Mr. Wong joined the Group in 2020 with over 25 years of experience in the ICT field.  He is the Director of HKC Technology (Shanghai) Co., Limited and is responsible for sales management and business development.  He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Hong Kong and MBA Degree from the University of South Australia.

Mr Kim Gi Jung joined the group in 2012 with over 20 years of experience in Software Engineering Industry. He is the technical director of HKC Technology Limited and is responsible for HKC software development. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Computer Science from Ajou University, South Korea.

Ms. Liu joined the group in 2018 with over 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in IT industry. She is the general manager of HKC Technology Limited and is responsible for sales management, product marketing and business development. She holds a Bachelor Degree of Science in Information Technology from City University of Hong Kong.

Ms. Wan joined the Group in 1995 and has held a number of positions within the company in the areas of Sales and Administration. She is responsible for initiatives to support the company’s business, staffing and recruitment, talent development and employee engagement. Ms. Wan holds a Master degree in Management (Human Resource Management) from the Polytechnic University in Hong Kong.

Mr. Lee joined the Group in 1997. He has over 15 years of project management experience in telecommunications field. He is responsible for overseeing the technical department, managing the projects and conducting technical training of voice and data communications system.

Aged 59, is our independent non-executive director. He has been appointed to Baguio Green Group Ltd (1397) as an independent non-executive director in May, 2014. Dr. Law worked as a visiting lecturer (part-time) in the Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2012 to 2014. Dr. Law was awarded a Master of Science degree from Warwick University in July 1988 and a Doctor of Business Administration degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in November 2001. He has been admitted as a full member of the Hong Kong Computer Society since January 1989.

Aged 57, is a practising doctor. He is a fellow of Hong Kong College of Physician and Hong Kong Academy of Medicine and Royal College of Physician (Glasgow). He has been the member of the Hospital Governing Committee since 1997.

Aged 56, is a practising accountant. He is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is a director of T.C. Ng & Co. CPA Ltd. and has been practicing in the firm for more than 20 years.

Dr. Chan joined the Group in 1984 and is responsible for the formulation of corporate strategies and business development of the Group. He has received a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Hong Kong. He was then transferred to Japan receiving professional training on Telephone Network Design. He has also attained an EMBA Degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and DBA from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University which further strengthens not only his industry experience but also his leadership in the Group with cutting-edge management knowledge. He has over 25 years of experience in ICT industry. Under his leadership, the Group was listed in The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 2001 (Stock code: 248). The Group is now engaged in distribution, retail of mobile phone, product development of RFID, home automation, and systems integration in Hong Kong, China, and the Asia Pacific Region. Furthermore, Dr. Chan is very active in promoting the ICT industry in Hong Kong. He has served as an Executive Committee Member of the Communications Associations of Hong Kong (www.cahk.hk) for over 10 years and was the Chairman from 2006 to 2012.
